On March 7, 2024, Chen Jianfeng, Party Secretary of Zhejiang Changxing National University Science Parks, and Ding Xiexie, Chief of Investment Promotion Section, visited the university for investigation and exchange. Sun Zhiguo, Deputy Director of Research Department of the University, Wang Zhifeng, Dean of School of Intelligent Manufacturing and Control Engineering, Wu Dyxium, Vice Dean, Yang Jinghui, Director of Wuyi Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Technology Institute, and Du Wanhe, Director of work stations for technology transfer in Changxing warmly received the guests, and the two sides had a discussion and exchange.

Sun Zhiguo expressed his warm welcome to the visit led by Chen Jianfeng and introduced the latest development of the university. He said that Ertong University has established 19 work stations for technology transfer and 2 research institutes in Yangtze River Delta Region, and is actively exploring new modes, mechanisms and paths for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. He also introduced the new initiatives and achievements in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in terms of systems, mechanisms, platforms, teams and projects, and thanked Changxing for its continuous support to the development of IIIT and the construction of technology transfer work stations.
Wang Zhifeng introduced the development overview of the institute from the aspects of orientation and characteristics, talent cultivation, industry-university-research cooperation, etc. He hoped that both sides would base on serving Changxing and further strengthen the interaction in the aspects of talent delivery and industry-university-research cooperation.
Chen Jianfeng introduced the history of science and technology, industrial development and distinctive programs and advantages of Changxing, especially pointed out that in the new energy and high-end equipment manufacturing and our school has a very high degree of fit with the distribution of specialties, and I hope to establish a closer contact and cooperation with IIFT.
At the meeting, both sides discussed and exchanged views on the next step of the construction of work stations for technology transfer in Changxing.
